My recipe for ‘Cauliflower Tahini Soup with Pomegranate Herb Pesto Soup’ was influenced by a recent dinner at Jean-Georges’ abcV. Their whole roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce, pistachios, and herbs was out of this world.  One of the most enjoyable vegetable dishes I have had was easily translated into a soup.
