Almond and Macadamia Nut Milk

Servings 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
  • 1/2 cup raw or dry roasted macadamia nut, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
  • 1-2 medjool dates, pitted
  • pinch of pink salt
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high for 40 seconds. Strain with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Refrigerate up to 3-5 days. You can save nut pulp for other uses or toss.
