Preheat oven to 350 F. Line both sides of a 8” x 8” square cake pan with enough parchment paper to provide handles for easy removal.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a glass bowl in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted.
Place all of the ingredients but the baking powder in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the baking powder process until mixed.
Pour brownie mixture into cake pan and smooth top. Bake for 25- 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
Brownies will firm up in the fridge. They can be stored in the fridge for a week.
