1/2 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
1/2cup raw or dry roasted macadamia nut, soaked overnight, rinsed, and drained
1-2medjool dates, pitted
pinch of pink salt
4cupswater
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high for 40 seconds. Strain with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Refrigerate up to 3-5 days. You can save nut pulp for other uses or toss.
